Who is Puddleglum?
He is one of CS Lewis' best characters from "the Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe" book series.
But he is me, and he is you. When we are at our most human, and at our bravest.
He is endearing because he has warts (literally and figuratively), and he lives above them, too.
The following is a famous speech from the book, "The Silver Chair", the book in which he appears. It is from the film the BBC made years ago; please ignore the cheesy special effects and focus on his speech.
